Für unseren Gebietsvertriebsleiter Osteuropa, Oleg Iskabulov, ging es dieses Mal nach Rumänien. Zusammen mit Iuliana Ciulei (ELRO SRL Rumänien🇷🇴) wurde ein Betonziegelwerk🧱 besucht. Für die dort vorhandenen Förderbänder wurde der Einsatz von EFD Elektrotechnische Fabrik Düsseldorf GmbH (Safety Switches) Sicherheitsschaltern besprochen. Auf dem Rückweg wurde der Hafen⛴🏗 in Konstanza besucht, der seit Jahrzehnten mit Steuerständen 💺und Joysticks 🕹 von Spohn & Burkhardt ausgestattet wird.

This time, our Area Sales Manager East Europe, Oleg Iskabulov, went to Romania. Together with Iuliana Ciulei (ELRO SRL Romania🇷🇴), they visited a concrete brick factory🧱. The use of EFD Elektrotechnische Fabrik Düsseldorf GmbH (Safety Switches) safety switches was discussed for the conveyor belts there. On the way back, the port⛴🏗 in Constanta was visited, which has been equipped with control stations💺 and joysticks🕹 from Spohn & Burkhardt for decades.

We are pleased that @suez_group has chosen us as a partner to enable its employees to make their workplace more ergonomic and therefore healthier.

Our control station, the FSMMD, convinces especially with its many electrical adjustment possibilities, which allow the operator to work in a sitting as well as in a standing position.

A memory function that allows up to 30 operators to store 5 desired settings each is standard.

Auf Eisbrechern im Nordpolarmeer, unter der sengenden Sonne des Persischen Golfs oder inmitten der Winterstürme im Atlantik – Oberdecksteuersäulen werden überall in der Binnen- und Ozeanschifffahrt eingesetzt. Z. B. bei der Steuerung der Ankerwinde müssen Sie sich auf eine fehlerfreie Anwendung verlassen können.

Unsere kompakte und robuste Gehäusebauform hält allen Wettereinwirkungen und Temperaturen stand. Sie besteht aus einer seefesten Aluguss-Legierung und wird durch ein Heizsystem kondensationsfrei gehalten. Auf Wunsch liefern wir mit einer bis zu 7-fachen Nasslackierung oder einer Pulverbeschichtung aus.

Schalthebel bringen wir ein- oder beidseitig an, und auch bei der Anzahl möglicher Befehlsgeräte richten wir uns nach Ihren Wünschen. Alle Funktionen konfigurieren wir individuell. Unterschiedliche Anzeigeinstrumente melden Ihnen z. B. Druck und Leistung. Sie erhalten die Oberdecksteuersäule auch mit Bussystemen wie CAN oder CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET oder PROFIsafe.

On icebreakers at sea in the Actic Ocean, under the searing sun of the Persian Gulf or in the middle of a winter storm in the Atlantic – on deck control stations are used for everything from inland waterway navigation to ocean navigation. For example, when controlling an anchor winch, you must be able to count on fault-free use.

Our compact and robust housing shape withstands all weather influences and temperatures. It consists of a saltwater-proof cast aluminum alloy and condensation is eliminated with a heating system. On request, we can also apply a wet spray finish in up to 7 layers or apply a powder coating.

Winch controls can be installed on one or both sides and we customize control devices to meet your requirements. We ensure custom configuration of all functions. Various display instruments give you feedback, e.g. pressure and output. You also receive on deck control stations with bus systems such as CAN or CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET or PROFIsafe.
