A few clicks will get your returns on the way – whether the cause for return is complaint, repair, transport damage or wrong delivery.
How it works. Simply fill out the form completely, describe the reason for the return as clearly as possible and send us the form.
Print out the service document you receive with our response to your email, enclose it with the article and your return case will be forwarded to the proper contact person.
Please note that we charge a flat-rate fee of €70.00 for each return; this fee does not apply in the case of a legitimate complaint or if repair is commissioned.
